Arts and crafts festivals, music festivals, and Civil War
reenactments are just the beginning.

1. Camp & Jam Bluegrass and Gospel Gathering
- Meridian
Enjoy three fun-filled days of bluegrass and gospel music
on the fourth weekend of every month. Concessions and camping
facilities will be available. Thursday, Friday and Saturday
of 4th week in every month.
2. Jimmie Rodgers Memorial Music Festival
- Meridian
Celebrate the life and songwriter's and country music of Hall
of Famer Jimmie Rodgers event features gospel night talent
show, golf tournament and live entertainment.
3. Columbus Spring Pilgrimage 2005 - Columbus
Named to Southeast Tourism Society's Top Twenty Events for
2004...An award-winning tradition! Enjoy daily home tours
with guides in period costume, carriage rides, and the Chattanooga
Star Riverboat.
4. Neshoba County Fair - Philadelphia
Founded in 1889 and listed on the National Register of Historic
Places, this fairground is home to an event known as "Mississippi's
Giant Houseparty." One of the last remaining fairs of
its kind features live entertainment, dancing, folk singing,
harness racing and political speakers. Named Top 20 Event
for July for 2003 and 2004.
5. Annual Amory Railroad Festival - Amory
Annual festival that celebrates Amory's railroad heritage
with arts & crafts, food court, continuous entertainment,
carnival, 10-K run.
