Golden Memorial State Park

107-acre park; boat launch, fishing, playground. Park has the 2nd largest loblolly pine tree in the state of Mississippi which can be found on the Loblolly Trail. Park memorializes post Civil War one-room school once located on the site. Picnic tables, grills, two picnic pavillions, nature trails, 15-acre, spring-fed lake stocked with bass and bream. Office and park use hours: Wednesday through Sunday, day use 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
