Blue Daze Bistro is commonly referred to as “the little blue house” because of its location in a gingerbread-style house on the main thoroughfare where the local barber shop used to be. Many a local gentleman remembers getting a hair cut in the barber chair in the corner where diners now tuck in crab cake sandwiches and salads during the busy lunch hour. The homemade salad dressings are a hit. Leafy greens can be served with your choice of truffle ranch dressing made with dill and truffle oil, the maple balsamic vinaigrette or bacon parmesan vinaigrette. The first Sunday of the month offers a hearty brunch with items such as Crème Brulée French toast with drunken strawberries.
