Oak Square Plantation

c. 1850. This bed and breakfast is located in the historic town of Port Gibson, considered by General U.S. Grant "Too beautiful to burn." In May of 1863, it was left unburned during the Civil War. The beauty of this historic home is evident in the palatial design of the Old South. This home is lavishly furnished with antiques from the 18th and 19th centuries. Oak Square Plantation offers 11 rooms with AC, WiFi, cable TV and private bath.  Guesthouses are also located on the premises. Southern breakfast is provided.
