Paul B. Johnson State Park and Campground



Located in the heart of Mississippi’s Pine Belt Region, Paul B. Johnson State Park is the gateway to a natural wonderland marked by majestic long-leaf and loblolly pines, delicate dogwoods, and ancient oaks. The deep forests surrounding Paul B. Johnson provide a picturesque setting for a variety of outdoor activities. The 300-acre lake is perfect for boating and fishing, and water-front cabins make the perfect place for a weekend getaway. Visitors may also enjoy the 18-hole disc golf course and newly installed Splash Park.

Sites 17 rental cabins, 11 tent sites, 125 RV sites (paved), 20 pull-thrus (12'x42'), 105 back-ins (12'x42'), 125 full hook-ups, 30/50 amps, 125 side hook-ups, 65 shaded spots, slide-out accommodations, dump station, handicapped accessible; grills and picnic tables throughout the developed camping area; pull through for motorcoach or large RVs.
