Enjoy camping in quiet, shady pull-through sites nestled in a peaceful country setting. Big-Rig pull-through sites are available without interfering trees, making satellite service very accessible. For those who prefer camping under the trees, many shady 30 AMP pull-through sites are available along with a multitude of water and electric sites for small to medium RV’s and tenters.
We are only 2 miles from the interstate yet we enjoy both the freedom from traffic noise and the chorus of owls, mocking birds and other southern birds and migrating northern feathered friends. The lonely but distinct cry of the midnight train is always hauntingly present. Not a day passes by without a gesture of southern hospitality and charm bestowed upon visitors by our local residents.
In addition, we offer A/C and heated Kabins, horseshoe pits, coin laundry, store stocked with groceries and gifts, courtesy phone, and modem dataport. Our spotless restrooms earned a KOA Clean Award in 2001. Please note that our game room is currently under renovation.
Our large covered picnic pavilion, beautiful outdoor swimming pool, and fantastic 550’ water slide are perfect for summertime gatherings of family reunions and groups.
The nearby city of Meridian offers a new shopping mall, golf courses, bowling, restaurants, theatre, and many historical attractions. Casino gambling in Philadelphia, MS is within an hours drive.
