The Grand Magnolia Ballroom & Suites

Located at the corner of Live Oak and Magnolia streets, Grand Magnolia Ballroom & Suites has evolved to include a reception hall next door for weddings, proms and other events. 

A flower-filled courtyard with fountains, fish pond, tables and chairs separates the reception hall from the 7,000-square-foot, two-story house, which has been restored to its original splendor and filled with antiques. 

Downstairs includes two sitting parlors, a large dining room, a bright, airy kitchen and a large bedroom that will eventually house an innkeeper. 

There are 16 hanging crystal chandeliers and original hardwood floors throughout. Upstairs are six bedrooms, each decorated by Debbie Steiner to reflect the style of coastal cities: Old New Orleans, Key West, Charleston Square, Cape Cod, Old Savannah and the Garden Room.
