The Westside Theatre Foundation exists to expand the creative talents and explore the artistic boundaries of performers and audiences in the Vicksburg area, physically, emotionally and intellectually.
"WROX" Blues Trail Marker is in front of the WROX Museum on Delta Avenue. WROX was the home of legendary African-American blues/gospel pioneer Early Wright for 50 years. Other notables to take to the air on WROX include Ike Turner, Robert Nighthawk, and even Elvis Presley.
Paintings by Wyatt Waters whose vibrant renditions of Southern culture are wildly popular. Also to be found in this delightful shop are copies of his books, holiday cards, tote bags featuring his work and giclee prints.
